We fit all our sunglasses with a security tag during a final quality inspection prior to dispatch. Please do not remove this tag unless you intend to keep your purchase. We will not refund or replace your shades or frames if the tag has been removed or tampered with.
If you wish to return your purchase please email us at email@example.com and we will issue you with a returns number.
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded. We must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. Goods must be returned to us within 14 working days of being received and must be unused. Please return exactly as you received your purchase from us with all paperwork and warranties enclosed.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN YOUR PURCHASE IN A JIFFY BAG. USE THE STURDY CARDBOARD BOX YOUR SUNGLASSES WERE DELIVERED IN.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us using a secure signed for service. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
